Led by MaryAnngeline
Founder of Kineesi

I am a Creative Yoga FlowTeacher with over 15 years of experience blending yoga, dance, somatics, and mobility into soulful, expressive movement.

I hold a Master’s in Dance and a 500-hour RYT, and have guided over 1,000 students and teachers since 2012 through bold, fluid sequencing that awakens clarity, confidence, and joy in their heart and soul.

As the founder of the Kineesi Yoga Teacher Training School, I empower practitioners to break free from rigidity and discover movement as a healing, evolutionary practice.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that creative flow isn’t just physical—it’s a return to self, purpose, and personal power.

I love fluid, creative movement and transitions that influence and aid my students in understanding their body on deeper levels. I live by my motto ‘breath, awareness, balance and versatility in movement’ not only in my teaching style, but also, in my own personal life.

I'm excited to share all that I know with you during this powerful teacher training program! I designed this program to guide you on your journey of yoga and movement so you can teach from your heart and be in alignment with your unique creative flow.

How It Feels

This training doesn’t just inform—it transforms.

Saying 'Yes!' to this transformation feels exhilarating like the exhale after holding your breath for too long.

You feel the calm acknowledgement to yourself like finally saying yes to the whisper inside you that you are meant for more!

You’ll move your body in ways that surprise you, explore concepts that awaken something deeper in you, and you'll be reminded—again and again—that your voice matters.

Each week, you’ll drop into a rhythm: practicing at home, integrating the teachings at your pace, and then coming together live to be seen, heard, and supported.

There will be breakthroughs.

Tears.

Laughter.

✨A-ha moments.✨

You’ll go from unsure to embodiedfrom curious to confident.

As the weeks unfold, so will you.

And when you arrive at the final in-person immersion, you’ll feel it:
